Users may contact us regarding waivers for trainings they have completed outside their JCI Training Institute account.

There is an option on the course information page to submit information to request a waiver for prerequisites.

If users have not received a response after replying for a waiver, or they push back on not getting assistance, gather information and their certificate/proof of completion for training and escalate. The admin will advise as to what further information is needed.
